TIH and its Businesses Supporting Military Veterans
TIH is once again a leading sponsor of the 10th Annual Military Summit, sponsored by The American College Center for Military and Veterans Affairs. The event brings together members of the military community and their allies to honor veteran-scholars and provide professional development opportunities. TIH’s AmRisc subsidiary continues to partner in community outreach with Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization that serves communities wordwide during times of disaster and crisis. Through both community service and fundraising, the AmRisc team amplifies the many causes of Team Rubicon. McGriff is hosting an internal virtual event honoring its veterans through a panel discussion regarding how each panelist’s experience in the military shaped their career. The event will be kicked off by TIH CEO John Howard.

AmRisc Building Homes through Habitat for Humanity
AmRisc has a longtime association with Habitat for Humanity to ensure more individuals have access to affordable and safe homes. At various times throughout the past year, AmRisc teammates have responded eagerly to calls for volunteer opportunities to help clear building debris, put up drywall, and apply fresh paint to homes in need. “This wasn’t just about laying bricks and beams,” said one AmRisc volunteer. “It was a manifestation of our team spirit, strengthened by the gratitude expressed by the Habitat team.”
The sky’s no limit.
